We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number and the exam you are preparing for and, if you choose to share them, your year of attempt, email, city and message. We also record the page you enquired from and campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so we know which advertisement reached you.
How we use it
Your details are used only to contact you by call or WhatsApp about our courses and to send exam updates if you registered for them. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or other third parties.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private spreadsheet that only authorised staff of Chandigarh Civil Services can open. The website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may keep a few small items locally (for example, to avoid showing the same pop-up twice in a session).
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@chandigarhcivilservices.in or calling +91 98765 43210. Replying STOP to a WhatsApp message also ends further messages.
Third-party content
Some pages embed videos from YouTube and Instagram reels, and link to files on Google Drive. These services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. The Home page video is loaded from YouTube (it starts by itself on fast desktop connections, and on other devices when you press Play). The topper reels on the Home and Results pages show a silent preview from Instagram once you scroll to them; this is skipped when your device is in data-saver mode or on a slow connection. Tapping a reel plays it from Instagram, and Google Drive only loads when you open a file.
